Follow this example with the follow-up quest, With a Little Help From My Friends and you should be fine. Pick dialogue options that show your interest and generally make sure you support her in everything you do. Panam's quests start with Riders on The Storm and it should be noted that it's very possible to fail the romance here, so you'll need to make sure you meet up with her in plenty of time. Like Judy, Panam will also wait a while between quests so just keep an eye for calls while you wait. Once she's played her part in those missions and you've completed Life During Wartime, you should receive a call from Panam which will start you on her own questline.
Where: During the Ghost Town main story quest (Act 2).Īfter you've finished the main story quest, Ghost Town, the nomad Panam will appear in several more main story quests. Need more info? Once that's done, wait for the final quest, Pyramid Song to finally get together with Judy. The next quest, Pisces, also has some important choices, so you'll need to make sure you refuse to go along with Maiko's plan and don't accept the payment from Maiko. Once you reach the Talkin' 'Bout A Revolution quest, make sure you agree to help Judy. Some time will need to pass between each one, so don't be alarmed if you complete one but don't hear from Judy again for some hours.
If you're hoping to start a relationship with Judy, you'll need to make sure you respond to and complete each of her side quests. She'll be around for a few more of the story quests, but once you've completed Double Life, look out for Judy's call which should come sometime later and will put you on the first of her own chain of quests, starting with Both Sides, Now. You won't encounter Judy again until Act 2 during the Automatic Love main story mission.
